Pain as a language in rope: conscious, consensual and responsible.
What to expect
- You learn how pain arises in rope and how it is perceived.
- You practise dosing intensity consciously instead of simply escalating it.
- Theory and exercises in turn, with Traumsaengerin as ukete.
Good to know
- Who it is for
- Rope couples from beginners with basic skills to advanced. Couples only.
- Bring along
- 3 ropes of 8 m and ideally a mat (e.g. a yoga mat). No ropes of your own? Let us know when booking and we will bring loan ropes.
- Clothing
- Shibarite: comfortable sportswear; Ukete: comfortable, close-fitting sportswear (no underwire bra)
- On site
- You do not need a fair ticket for the workshop. Admission is 15 minutes before the start. The workshop rooms are in the building opposite the exhibition hall, reached via a covered walkway. The workshop is taught in German.
