Practical details

Scope: at least 2 hours, usually 3-hour sessions
Location: WolfRope Juku Karlsruhe-Durlach
Clothing: Shibarite: comfortable sportswear; Ukete: comfortable, close-fitting sportswear (no underwire bra)
Rope: bring your own or borrow ropes for the lesson
